Terms of use
ytools.ai is operated by Ytools AI Ltd, a company incorporated in the Ras Al Khaimah International Corporate Centre (RAK ICC), United Arab Emirates, and based in Dubai, UAE (“Ytools”, “we”, “us”).
These terms apply to the ytools.ai website and our early access list. Separate terms will apply to the product when you start using it.
The early access list
- Joining is free and doesn't oblige you to buy anything.
- A place on the list doesn't guarantee access by a particular date. We invite people in waves and may prioritise creators whose workflow matches what we're shipping next.
- Referral credit is for real people who join with your link. We may remove credit, or remove signups, that look automated, duplicated or fraudulent.
- You can leave the list at any time by emailing hello@ytools.ai or using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Pre-release product
The AI agents, features, timelines and pricing described on this site show what we're building and may change before launch. Early access versions may contain bugs, and we may change or pause them while we improve them.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site to submit someone else's email without their permission, to send automated signups, or to interfere with how the site works.
Intellectual property
The ytools.ai name, logo and site content belong to us. YouTube and other product names mentioned on the site are trademarks of their respective owners. ytools.ai is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the site or the early access list.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah, unless mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise.
