Big channels have a team. Now you do too.

Each agent is a specialist with one job. It plans, uses tools and works through multi-step tasks on its own — then hands you the result to approve.

Agent 01 · The Strategist

Knows what to make next — and why.

Reads your analytics, your comments and your niche every day, then hands you a weekly plan with the reasoning behind every idea: what to make, when to post, and what to fix in the last upload.

  • Retention drop-offs tied to the exact line of your script
  • Topic gaps compared with channels in your niche
  • Comment mining: what your audience keeps asking for
  • A weekly plan with reasons, not just a list of ideas
Instead ofHours in YouTube Studio, spreadsheets of ideas and a strategy consultant on retainer.

Agent 02 · The Scriptwriter

Drafts in your voice, from your ideas.

Learns from your own past videos, then turns a brief into hooks, an outline and a full draft that sounds like you on a good day. Rewrite whatever you want — it learns from every edit.

  • Hook options scored against your own retention history
  • Outlines, full scripts or talking points — your call
  • Fact-check flags with source links
  • Gets closer to your voice with every change you make
Instead ofA blank page at midnight, or a freelance writer who never quite sounds like you.

Agent 03 · The Editor

Hands you a first cut, not a blank timeline.

Edit video by editing text. The Editor removes silences, filler and retakes, adds captions and punch-ins, and assembles a rough cut you can finish in ytools — or export to your editor.

  • Transcript-based cutting with word-level precision
  • Retake detection: keeps the best take, shows you the rest
  • Captions, punch-ins and B-roll suggestions from your library
  • Exports to Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve and MP4

Agent 04 · The Archivist

Knows every clip you've ever shot.

Drop in a card dump. The Archivist watches every clip, tags what's in it, groups it by scene and shoot, flags the unusable and answers questions in plain language. Your originals never move.

  • Search by what's said or shown — "me holding the mic, outdoors"
  • Auto-groups by scene, location, take and camera
  • Flags shaky, out-of-focus and clipped-audio footage
  • Hands the Editor the right B-roll automatically

Agent 05 · The Packager

Titles and thumbnails, tested before you publish.

Generates title and thumbnail concepts from your own frames and best-performing packaging, predicts which will earn the click, and runs A/B tests once the video is live.

  • Title variations in your style, not clickbait templates
  • Thumbnail concepts built from your own footage
  • Click-through predictions based on your channel's history
  • Automatic A/B tests after publishing

Agent 06 · The Clipper

Every long video, a week of Shorts.

  • Moment detection based on hooks, pacing and reactions
  • Auto-reframe that follows whoever is speaking
  • Captions styled like the rest of your channel

One shared brain

Every agent knows your channel.

Generic AI tools start from zero every time. Your crew shares a channel memory that grows with every video — so the Scriptwriter knows what the Strategist found, and the Editor knows what the Archivist has.

Your voice

How you talk, joke and explain — learned from your own videos and scripts.

Your audience

Who watches, where they drop off, and what they ask for in the comments.

Your library

Every clip, take and B-roll shot, searchable by what's in it.

Your results

What worked, what didn't, and why — fed back into the next video.

How a video gets made

You make the calls. The crew does the work.

The whole crew
Who it's for

Built for people who publish on a schedule.

Solo creators

Your first hires — without the payroll.

You're the host, editor, writer and analyst. The crew takes the work that isn't on camera, so one person can run a channel like a team.

The jobGo from idea to published video in one sitting, not three evenings.
Creator teams

Give your people superpowers.

Your editor gets first cuts instead of raw footage, your producer gets a plan backed by data, and everyone works from the same channel memory.

The jobPublish more often without burning out the team.
Agencies & studios

One crew per client channel.

Separate memory, voice and strategy for every channel you manage, consistent first passes, and reports you don't rebuild every month.

The jobTake on more channels without hiring at the same pace.
What we believe

AI agents for creators, not instead of them.

01

You're the director.

Agents propose; you decide. Nothing is published, posted or deleted without your approval, and every change can be undone.

02

Your voice, not a template.

Your crew learns from your own videos, scripts and comments. It should sound like you — not like every other AI channel.

03

Your channel isn't training data.

Your footage and analytics are used to serve you, never to train models for anyone else. Delete your data at any time.

04

Built with working creators.

The roadmap is shaped by the people on the early access list, not by what looks good in a demo.

Why we're building this

A note from the team.

Every creator we talked to described the same week: one day making something they were proud of, and four days searching folders, scrubbing timelines and staring at analytics that never said what to do.

Big channels solve this with a team — a strategist, writers, editors, a thumbnail designer, someone for Shorts. Everyone else does all of it alone, or doesn't do it at all.

AI agents can finally close that gap. Not by generating generic videos, but by giving every creator a crew that knows their channel as well as they do — and leaves the creative decisions where they belong.

Questions

Straight answers.

What do you mean by "AI agents"?

Each agent is an AI specialist with one job — strategy, scripting, editing, organizing footage, packaging or Shorts. Unlike a chatbot, an agent can plan, use tools and work through multi-step tasks on its own. All six share one memory of your channel, so they hand work to each other instead of starting from zero.

Will the agents publish anything without me?

No. Agents prepare, suggest and draft. Publishing, posting, scheduling and deleting always need your approval, and you decide how much each agent is allowed to do on its own.

How does the waitlist work?

We invite people in waves. After you sign up you get a personal link: every creator who joins through it moves you up the list. We prioritise people whose channel and workflow match the agents we're shipping next — adding your channel helps.

Is it free?

Joining the list is free and doesn't commit you to anything. Pricing will be announced before launch, and early members will get a founding rate.

Will it replace Premiere, Final Cut or DaVinci?

No. The Editor gets you to a solid first cut fast. When you want to finish by hand, export the project and carry on in the editor you already love.

Does it only work for YouTube?

YouTube comes first — long-form and Shorts. The Clipper also exports for TikTok and Instagram Reels, and the Strategist will expand to other platforms later.

What happens to my footage and channel data?

It's yours. We use it only to provide the service to you, never to train models for other customers, and you can delete it at any time. See our privacy policy.
